基于USB2.0的通用高频小信号采集分析系统的设计与实现

摘    要:如何提取信号中微弱的高频部分,并对信号进行高频特性分析,是信号采集处理中的难题。本文介绍了一种基于AD变换器、USB2.0接口及FPGA的通用高频小信号采集分析系统,可对频率范围为100 kHz~30MHz,峰峰值为0.1~10mV的输入信号进行采集与分析。该系统运行稳定,有很好的可移植性,能用于多种微弱高频信号的采集与分析,目前已在传导性EMI噪声智能测试仪中得到了成功运用。

Abstract:Extraction of the weak and high frequency part from signal and analysis of the high frequency characteristics are difficult problems in signal acquisition and processing.The paper introduces a general acquisition and analysis system of high frequency weak signal based on AD converter,USB 2.0,FPGA.This system can acquire and analyze the input signals whose frequency ranging from 100 KHz to 30 MHz,and peak-peak value ranging from 0.1 mV to 10 mV.The whole system is stable and has good portability,it can be used to acquire and analyze many kinds of high frequency weak signals.Now it has been successfully applied in Intelligent Conducted EMI Noise Tester.
