At small velocities, every universal motion can be performed in a fluid whenever the constitutive equation approaches a most general linear model. Both the celebrate theorems of Appell, Cauchy, Helmholtz, Kelvin hold true when dealing with the universal motions. Here the theorem of Bernoulli admits four generalisations.
