| 摘 要： | 本文提出了用薄层色谱库仑滴定法测定杀虫单（ＳＣＤ）［ＣＨ３）２ＮＨＣ Ｈ（ＣＨ２Ｓ２Ｏ３）２Ｎａ．Ｈ２Ｏ］的方法。试样中的各成分用上行展开法的硅胶Ｇ板上分离，用碘蒸气或喷洒ＰｄＣｌ２溶液确定ＳＣＤ的位置，该试剂与杀虫单反应生成橙黄色产物。

| Abstract: | A method for the determination of shachongdan (SCD) (CH3)2NHCH (CH2S2O3)2Na. H2O] by thin layer chromatography coulometric titration . has been devel oped Various components in the sample are separatecl on silicagel G plate by ascencling development The position of SCD is determined by iodine vapour or by spraying PclCl2 solution.which reacts with SCD'to yield an orange product. The colour band with a Rf value about 0.8 is scraped off from the plate and put into KBr-H2SO4 solution. SCD in the solution is titrated with electrogenerated bromine. The method is simple, accurate, and can be applied to thedetermination of shachongdan in various samples. |
