摘 要: | 本文考察了近几年来,以N-异丙基丙烯酰胺(NIPA)为基础的温敏材料的发展情况,并对相关的理论研究和合成方法进行了讨论,对智能材料的开发、药物释放、酶法分析及免疫分析诸方面的应用进行了简单的总结。

Temperature-sensitive Hydrogels based on N-Isopropylacylamide and Their Analytical Applications |

Abstract: | A review with 31 references is given on the developments in the research of the temperature sensitive copolymers based of N isopropylacylamide, whose theories and synthesis methods are also discussed in this paper. Preparation for intelligent materials and application in drug controlled release, enzymatic immunoassay and other immunoassays are summarized. |
