| 摘 要： | 采用外标法Thermo-C18(200×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱为固定相,甲醇-水(25∶75)为流动相,流速为1mL/min,检测波长为254nm,柱温为30C,HPLC测定川东獐牙菜植物成分-高纯度獐牙菜苦苷含量.线性范围为2.8512-14.256 μg/mL(r=0.99998),99%的獐牙菜苦苷对照品的回收率为99.93%,RSD为0.52%.本方法操作简单,灵敏度高,重现性好,测定结果准确、可靠,可用于獐牙菜苦苷药物制备中的质量检测和监控.
