| 摘 要： | 该文首先给出Ｂａｎａｃｈ空间上的框架与拟Ｒｉｅｓｚ基的充要条件，其次讨论Ｂａｎａｃｈ空间上的框架和拟Ｒｉｅｓｚ基的稳定性，特别地，讨论在Ｂａｎａｃｈ空间上关于框架与拟Ｒｉｅｓｚ基的广义Ｐａｌｅｙ Ｗｉｅｎｅｒ定理．

| Abstract: | In this paper, we first give the sufficient and necessary conditions of a frame or near Riesz basis for a Banach space. We discuss the s tability of a frame or near Riesz for a Banach space. In particular, we discuss a generalized Paley Wiener theorem for a frame or near Riesz basis in a Banac h space. |
