摘    要:用X射线衍射仪,振动样品磁强计,扫描电镜及透射电镜对Sm2Fe15.3Zr0.2Al1.5C1.5合金的微结构和磁性进行了研究。合金主要由2/17相、α-Fe相和ZrC要组成。

Abstract:The microstructure and magnetic properties of Sm2Fe15.3Zr0.2Al1.5 C1.5 samples were systematically studied using XRD, SEM, TEM and magnetic mesaurements The results showthat the Sm2Fe15.3Zr0.ZAl1.5C1.5 alloy consists mainly of 2/17, a-Fe and ZrC phases. The ascast alloy exibits a microstructure with co~grained dendrite, and its remanence and coeroivity are almost dual to zero. Melt-spun at 40 m' s-1 and annealed at 750 t for 30 min, the ribbon consists of a mixture of 2/17, a--Fe and ZrC phases with an average grain size of about 35urn. A high coercivity of up to 923 hA. m -- I along with a remanence of up to 55 A.2. kg-- I isobtained for the ribbon. It is suggested that the remanence and coercivity depend mainly on them'crostructure.
