平板状电流变阀压力差理论与实验分析

摘    要:利用电流变技术,基于电流变阀的工作机理,设计了单通道平板状电流变阀和双通道平板状电流变阀样机.分析了两种平板状电流变阀压力-流量方程,并通过有限元方法理论分析了平板状电流变阀的强度.在理论分析的基础上,制作了两种平板状电流变阀样机并建立了实验系统,对影响平板状电流变阀性能的关键参数进出口压力差进行了实验研究.实验结果表明,平板状电流变阀的进出口压力差随流量增加而增大,还随着输入电压的提高而线性增大.当电压为110 kV、流量为211.2 mL/min时,单通道平板状电流变阀进出口压力差达到0.12 MPa.

Abstract:Two kinds of flat electrorheological valve(ER-valve) prototypes,single-channel and double-channel ER-valve,are designed with electrorheological technology.Pressure-flow equations of the two kinds of flat ER-valves are analyzed,and the intensity of the flat ER-valves is also solved by finite element method.Following the theoretical analysis,the two kinds of flat ER-valves and the corresponding experimental system are manufactured.The key parameter,pressure difference between entrance and exit affecting ability of flat ER-valves,is experimentally investigated.It shows that pressure difference increases with raising flow and increases linearly with heightened input voltage.The pressure difference of the single-channel ER-valve gets 0.12 MPa as the voltage is 110 kV and flow is 211.2 mL/min.
