| 摘 要： | 建立紫外分光光度法测定吴茱萸碱磷脂复合物复合率.以无水乙醇为空白,225nm为检测波长,测定吴茱萸碱磷脂复合物的复合率.结果表明,吴茱萸碱在1.05-4.20μg·mL-1范围内呈良好的线性关系；其回归方程为A=0.1776C+0.006(r=0.9997);平均回收率为98.04％、RSD为2.95％(n=9).本方法操作简便、准确、重现性好,可为完善该制剂的质量标准提供依据.

| Abstract: | A method for the determination of complexation rate of evodiamine-phospholipid complex by UV Spectrophotometry was established.The complexation rate were determined at 225nm with dehydrated alcohol as the blank control.The results showed that evodiamine had a good linear relationship within a range of 1.05-4.20μg · mL-1.The regression equation was .4 = 0.1776C+0.006（r = 0.9997） and the average recovery was 98.04%,RSD = 2.95%（n = 9）. This method is simple,accurate and reproducible,and can provide basis for perfecting quality standard of evodiamine-phospholipid complex. |
