摘    要:采用傅里叶变换红外光谱结合二阶导数谱法分析了山豆根不同部位化学成分的红外光谱特征及其差异.结果表明,山豆根根、茎、叶均含有生物碱、黄酮、皂苷、蛋白质、多糖等化学成分,但其含量在不同部位存在一定差异,叶中蛋白质和黄酮含量高于根和茎,而皂苷和多糖含量则低于根和茎.可见红外光谱结合二阶导数谱法为山豆根不同部位化学成分及含量的研究提供了一种快速、全面的分析方法.

Abstract:The characteristics of infrared spectra in different parts from Sophora tonkinensis and their discrepancy were analyzed by FTIR technique combined with secondary derivative spectra.The result showed that many chemical constituents,such as alkaloids,flavonoids,saponins,protein and polysaccharides existed in the radixes,stems and leaves of Sophora tonkinensis,but their contents in different parts were different.The contents of flavonoids and protein in leaves were relatively higher than those in stems and radixs,but the contents of saponins and polysaccharides in leaves were relatively lower than those in stems and radixs.The FTIR technique combined with secondary derivative spectra was a comprehensive and rapid analysis method that could be used to quickly identify and analyze chemical compositions and their contents in different parts of Sophora tonkinensis.
