仿真在光子晶体光纤教学中的应用

摘    要:光子晶体光纤(PCF),为《现代光纤通信技术》的其中一节,因光子晶体光纤包层中空气孔灵活的排列结构使得其呈现出许多在传统光纤中难以实现的特性。为了研究光子晶体光纤的特性,提出了采用数值软件仿真的实验教学模式,实践验证了可以在光子晶体光纤教学过程中有效的提高学生综合应用能力。

Abstract:The content about photonic crystal fiber(PCF) is a section of "Modern Fiber Communication Technology",and photonic crystal fiber exhibits many specific properties that are difficult to realize in traditional fibers because of the flexible arrangement structure of air holes in the cladding of photonic crystal fiber.In order to research the specific properties of PCFs.the experimental teaching mode of emulation with numerical software was put forward and the practice had verified that this can effectively promote students’ synthetic application ability during the teaching process of photonic crystal fiber.
