原子荧光光谱法测定饲料添加剂中的汞

摘    要:建立了原子荧光光谱法测定硫酸盐型饲料添加剂中汞的方法,讨论了共存离子的干扰情况。在最佳实验条件下.方法的检出限达到了0.0096ng/mL,加标回收率在97.2%—109.7%之间,相对标准偏差为1.03%,被分析的硫酸盐型饲料添加剂中的共存离子对汞的测定基本无干扰。方法可用于硫酸盐型饲料添加剂中的汞的测定。

Abstract:A method for the determination of Hg in sulfate feed additives by atomic fluorescence spectrometry was established.The interference circumstance of the coexistence ions at the same time was discussed.Under the optimal conditions,the detection limits of the Hg was 0.0096ng/mL. Recoveries of standard addition of the Hg were proved to be 97.2%—109.7%.The RSD was 1.03%.The coexistence ions in sulfate feed additives hardly interfered in the determination of mercury.This method can be applied to determining mercury in sulfate feed additives.
