火焰原子吸收光谱法测定元胡块茎中的微量元素

摘    要:采用HNO3-HCl(1:3,V/V)体系消解元胡样品,用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定溶液中Fe、Mn、Cu、Zn 4种微量元素的含量,并对结果进行比较分析。该方法的加标回收率为99.7%—102.3%,RSD在0.5%—2.3%之间,具有良好的准确度和精密度。

Abstract:The Corydalis yahusuo samples were digested by concentrated nitric acid and concentrated hydrochloric acid(1:3,V/V),and the contents of trace elements,such as Fe,Mn,Cu and Zn,in the solution were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS),then the results were compared and analyzed.The additional standard recoveries of method were from 99.7% to 102.3%with RSDs in the range of 0.5%—2.3%.The results have good accuracy and precision.
