Structure of polymer fluids in colloidal dispersions |

| Abstract: | We have calculated some structural properties of a fluid of hard sphere polymer chains about a variable sized central hard sphere with the Monte Carlo method in the canonical ensemble. We have additionally calculated these structural properties with an integral equation based on density functional theory. The integral equation theory gives good agreement with the simulations at all but the highest densities. |
