| 摘 要： | 从天然L－酒石酸出发，经过环硫酸酯还原等四步反应，合成了重要手性合成 砌块R－丁三醇，总产率为60％。同时，找到了一种有效的纯化多羟基化合物的方 法。

| Abstract: | An important chiral building block, R (+) butanetriol, was synthesized from the natural L tartaric acid via four steps reactions, including the preparation and reduction of cyclic sulfate, in 60% overall yield. In addition, an effective purification method for synthesizing poly hydroxyls compounds was described. |
