| 摘 要： | 首次从红花锦鸡儿(Caragana rosea Turcz.)的地上部分分离到四个化合物， 综合IR，UV，2D-NMR和MS等波谱技术鉴定了它们的化学结构：一个为新的（艹氐） 木脂体，命名为cararosin A(1)；其它三个分别鉴定为已知的（艹氐）类化合物： piceatannol（2），（+）α-viniferin (3)和kobophenol A（4），对化合物1～ 4进行体外生物活性试验，没有发现它们具有抗HIV作用。

| Abstract: | Four compounds were isolated from the aerial part of Caragana rosea Turcz. for the first time. Their structures have been established on the basis of spectroscopic data: one is a novel stilbenolignan, named as cararosin A (1) 5 the other three were identified as known stilbenoids: piceatannol (2) , ( + )a:-viniferin (3) and kobophenol A (4) . Compounds 1 ~ 4 did not show any promising activity of anti-HTV in vitro . |
