| 摘 要： | 利用火焰原子吸收分光光度法直接测定八种不同品牌的脑活素类生物制剂中镁、钾、钙、铬、锰、铁、钴、镍、铜、锌的含量。统计学处理分析结果表明：七种国产品牌制剂与奥地利脑活素的金属元素比较，存在不同程度的差异。探讨了药效与金属元素的相关性，分析了微量元素在脑活素类物生制剂中所起的作用，为临床合理选用药物提供了有用数据。

| Abstract: | The contents of Mg,K,Ca,Cr,Mn,Fe,Co,Ni,Cu and Zn in eight different brand cerbrolysins were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry.The statistical results as follows:the metal elements have significant difference between in seven kinds of Chinese products and in the cerebrolysin made by Austria.According to the results,we studied the inter relation of metal elements with medicine result,and analysissed the effect of trace elements in cerebrolysin.It provided useful data for medicine on clinical practice. |
