银微粒表面吸附若丹明B分子荧光增强和淬灭的研究

摘    要:研究了若丹明B分子的530.0和572.0nm两个荧光峰在银微粒表面的增强和淬灭效应,发现若丹明B分子的530.0nm荧光峰获得了30倍的增强,而与此同时,572.5nm荧光峰则强烈淬灭。对其快速动力学过程的研究表明,这两个荧光峰的增强和淬灭过程在每一时刻都是互逆的。 关键词

Abstract:The surface fluorescence of Rhodamine B (RhB) adsorbed on colloidal silver was investigated. It was found that the 572.5 nm fluorescence band of RhB quenched sharply. However, at the same time the enhancement factor of the other fluorescence band of RhB at 530.0 nm was up to 60 when Ag sol was added.The time-effect fluorescence spectra of RhB adsorbed on Ag surface have been observed by OMA, showing that the quenching and enhancement processes of these two bands were inversed each other at any moment of observation.
