摘    要:针对目前中空纤维超滤膜截留率检测装置自动化程度低,切换过程存在污染、手动调节不确定度大、难以定量控制分离条件的问题,设计了一套基于PLC的中空纤维超滤膜截留率检测装置.该检测装置功能完善,改进了以往检测装置存在的缺点.以S7-200系列PLC作为主控制器、以触摸屏作为人机界面,实现了实验过程的可控和可视.检测装置设计首先对工作原理进行了分析,然后对控制系统的软硬件进行了相关设计.由于恒定压差和流速的调节过程存在多变量耦合现象,故设计了模糊控制器对其进行调节并获得了满意的动静态性能.

Hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane rejection detection device based on PLC

Abstract:In view of the low degree of automation,the pollution of switching process,the uncertainty of manual adjustment,the difficulty to quantitatively control the separation conditions,a design of hollow fiber ultrafiltration( UF) rejection detection device was presented. The function of the detection device was perfect,with the improvement of the disadvantages of previous detection device. To achieve the control and view on the experiment,the S7-200 series PLC and the touch screen was put as the main controller and the user interface. After the analysis of the working principle of the detection device,the hardware and software design of the control system was done. For the existence of the multivariable coupling phenomena in the constant pressure difference and velocity process,a fuzzy controller was designed to achieve a satisfactory dynamic and static performance.
