Abstract:The kinetics and mechanism of intramolecular condensation of amino ketones catalyzed respectively by sly acids in methanol solution were studied by means of UV spectroscopy and 1H NMR.The results indicate that the reaction proceeds with a general acid catalytic mechanism in the presence of acetic arid, and in lactic arid, in other stronger arids-methanol solution, the mechanism is of a special arid catalytic one. The result also shows that R2 has an effect on the reaction rate.
