新型催化剂在容量法测铬中的应用

摘    要:过硫酸铵银盐法测定钢中铬是经典分析方法,此法需加少量银盐作催化剂,以加快反应速度,但银是贵金属,其使用受严格控制。根据文献,本实验选择硫酸钴、硫酸镍作试验,实验表明,只要在适当的酸度下,该二种物质均能起催化作用,使过硫酸铵能定量地把铬氧化为六价。方法可测含铬30%的高合金钢。

Abstract:Some silver oxide must be added as catalyst to accelerate the reaction. Its supply is limitedbecause the cost of silver oxide is expensive. Nickel sulfate or cobalt sulfate is chosen as sub-stitute catalyst. With this method, high alloy steel with 30% chrome can be measured.
