| Abstract: | In this paper, an asmptotic error expansion for the iterated Galerkin approximation (along with its derivative) to a larger class of linear Fredholm integro-differential equations is derived, and thus the extrapolation estimate is obtained. Moreover, the ideal multilevel correction estimate is given. |
