摘    要:以优质纯粮白酒原液为酒基,以梅花鹿血为主要原料.配以名贵辅料.从酒香型、酒度数和加血量等方面进行了配方优选,并采用过滤技术,成功地制备了具有特殊营养和风味的鹿血酒.

Abstract:Deer blood Chinese spisits with the special nutrition and sensory quality was successful manufactured by utilizing good row Chinese spisits,deer blood and other superior materials. In the course of the manufacture,the composition of the deer blood Chinese spisits was chosen from Chinese spisits type ,Spisits degree and deer blood contents,furthermore,filter technique was taken.
