| 摘 要： | 为了解缺解氧血性脑病新生儿血清钠、钙、镁的主烨规律，对８７例ＨＩＥ患儿和９３例正常新生儿血清钠、钙、镁进行了对比分析。结果表明，ＨＩＥ虱儿血清钠、钙、镁均较正常新生儿低，差异有统计学意义，降低程度与新生儿ＨＩＥ轻重程度呈正相关。提示ＨＩＥ患儿在 应注意纠正低钠，低钙，低镁血症。

| Abstract: | The content of Na ,Ca 2 and Mg 2 in the serum of neonates with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy(HIE)was determined. The Na ,Ca 2 and Mg 2 in seum of 87 neonates suffering from HIE was compared with those of 93 health neonates. The results show that the content of Na ,Ca 2 and Mg 2 in patient neonates was lower than those of normal controls. The content of Na ,Ca 2 and Mg 2 in the serum positively correlated with neonates with HIE. It was concluded that three elements had a close relationship with HIE. |
