| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨关节镜下治疗膝关节骨关节炎临床疗效．方法：按顺序镜检，切除增生的滑膜，修整退变碎裂的半月板，切除剥脱软骨并修整关节面，摘除游离体．结果：16例均得到随访6～12个月，平均9个月；术后评估优4膝、良15膝、可1膝、差1膝，优良率90．5％．结论：关节镜对骨性关节炎的诊断更全面准确，关节清理术具有疗效可靠、创伤小、并发症少、康复快等优点．手术关键在于要明确术中的治疗重点，有针对性的进行镜下处理，避免因过多的操作而加重对关节的干扰，影响疗效．

| Abstract: | Objective:To etplore the curative effect to osteoarthritis of knee joint using arthroscope.Methods:Microscopic examination,abscission of hyperplastic synovial,repair of fragmentary semilunar plate,abscise sion of exfoliated cartilage,and repair of articular surface,and extirpation of corpus.liberum were done in proper order.Results:After operation nine monthes follow-up surver showes that four knee joints are excellent,15 fine,1 not bad,1 not good,the rate of excellent and fine is 90.5%.Conclution:The diagnosis of osteoarthritis arthroscope is more accurate,with complications lessen,recorery is more rapid. |
