正交多项式线拟合及在雕刻系统中的应用

摘    要:从二值图像中得到曲线轮廓,在数控雕刻业中有重要的作用。为了有效、高速地从二值图像中提取目标曲线轮廓,提出了一种新的基于正交多项式曲线拟合二值图像曲线化的算法,与传统的二值图像曲线化方法相比,它能够保证在获得更高质量的图像边界轮廓的同时,由于改进了算法而从根本上提升了速度。实验证明,输出的结果避免了通常的形变(锯齿效应和折线效应)问题。

Abstract:Getting the curve border from a binary image is very important in CNC carving system. In order to getting the objective curve border effectively and speedily from a binary image, a new algorithm for curve fitting of binary image contour was proposed,which was based on orthogonal polynomials curve fitting in this paper. Comparing with the former methods, it can obtain more effective image contour, and more importantly,it can raise the fitting speed by improved algorithm.The results show that the algorithm can get smooth contour and avoid distortion of the border ( such as sawtooth and fold line).
