热管换热器的计算机设计

摘    要:本文给出计算和设计重力式热管换热器所需的主要公式与数据,并在此基础上给出计算机框图,根据实验与经验资料得出的计算与设计程序可以得出热管元件与换热器的外型图,这种图可直接应用于生产,为热管换热器的设计提供快速而准确的方法。

Abstract:The heat pipe heat-exchanger is newer and greatly different from the conventional one in their design. This paper provides a computer-based scheme for the gravity heat pipe heat-exchangers with an optimum design procedures. In this way, the dimension of heat pipe and pattern of heat-exchanger can be determined with simplified design procedures providing the raw data are inputted.Summary. A block diagram is shown to express the entire design procedures. In order to rationalize the calculation and design of heat pipe heat-exchangers, an optimization effort has been made for such parameters as heat-exchange area and length, velocity of flow, heat transfer coefficient, flow resistance and pipe wall temperature etc. All the formulae and ratios are based upon experiments or experiences. As a result, the above-mentioned computer-based design is proved to be available to the gravity heat pipes and heat pipe heat-exchangers using such working fluids as ammonia, acetone, methanol, water and thermex etc, ie. to the industrial applications of heat pipes (cf. Fig.2) and heat pipe heat-exchangers (cf. Fig.3) .
