法兰密封专家系统的模块化设计

摘    要:专家系统是人工智能在工程实际应用中的一个主要分支。介绍了法兰密封专家系统的模块化设计思想及其推理机制。通过Delphi开发平台 ,利用模块化原理开发了法兰密封领域的专家系统 ,该系统可实现密封元件选用及管理的自动化 ,降低工作量并避免人为错误。该系统采用正向推理控制策略 ,结合动态构件和DLL(动态连接库 )技术 ,减少了推理机的复杂性和冗余度 ,并提高了系统的开放性和实用性。按照模块化的开发思想 ,该系统完成了一般密封设计模块的开发任务 ,实现了压力容器等设备常用密封元件的自动优化选择 ,并可逐步添加特殊密封设计等功能模块。

Abstract:On the basis of the Delphi development tool, professional knowledge and module programming, an expert system for flange sealing was developed. This expert system implements the optimizing and automatic selection and management of sealing elements. It can reduce much workload and avoid many man made errors. Using forward inference control strategies and dynamical component and DLL technique, the expert system can decrease the level of complexity and redundancy and increase its opening degree and practicability. The expert system was used to develop the module of commonly sealing design and to realize optimization and automatic selection of sealing elements for equipment such as pressure vessel. The particular modules for sealing design can be added gradually.
