Dynamic reaction of a spherical shell under a local normal load

The study is devoted to numeric investigation of the dynamic reaction of a closed spherical shell subjected to the local effect of a normal pressure pulse on its outer surface. A numeric method, which is oriented toward the computer and which is based on the characteristic relationships is developed. Trial calculations are performed, and analysis of the numeric results is given.
