叶片闭环可控吸气减振技术实验研究

摘    要:分析了目前的叶片减振技术,设计开发了一种叶片闭环可控吸气减振系统,在叶片振动试验台上完成了对比实验,测试了减振系统的减振效果。实验过程中,系统实时监测叶片的振动情况,当叶片振动超过预先设定的门槛值时,系统自动地采取吸气减振措施,降低叶片振动。实验表明,当叶顶是光滑密封时,减振系统能使叶片振动减少16%; 当叶顶是蜂窝密封时,减振系统能使叶片振动减少15.3%。

Abstract:Current technologies for vibration reduction of blades are analyzed.A vibration reduction system using closed-loop control air-inhalation technology has been developed.Comparative experiments were carried out on a blade vibration experimental rig,and the vibration absorbing ability of the system was tested.During the experiments,blade vibration was monitored in real time,and when the vibrations exceeded the pre-set safety value,the system reduced the vibrations automatically.The results showed that blade vi...
