| 摘 要： | 1954年Zalm首次发现了直流电致发光(DCEL)现象,但是在1966年前DCEL材料并未引起人们的注意,研究工作也很少.当时,DCEL材料亮度低,激发电压高,发光只限于个别颗粒,半寿命极短以致难于进行定量的测量.
