| Abstract: | The mass spectra of nine analogues of estrone and estradiol have been analyzed, in which three more principal fragmentation ions, g, h, j other than those which correspond to the ions suggested by Djerassi et al. have been interpreted. One of them, j is a new fragment ion resulted from the skeletal fragmentation in the presence of 17α-ethynyl group (6, 7, 8). |
