| 摘 要： | 目的：以高效液相色谱法测定贝速清片中醋氯芬酸的含量。方法：采用Diamonsil（钻石）C18色谱柱,加流动相适量,流速为1.0mL/min,以布洛芬为内标物,检测波长为275nm。结果：醋氯芬酸在5.5μg/mL～55.0μg/mL范围内呈良好线性（r=0.9999）,平均回收率为100.1%（RSD为0.76%）。结论：本法可用于贝速清片剂的测定,操作简便,结果准确。

| Abstract: | Objective：To determine the content of aceclofenac in Beisuqing Pill by using HPLC.Methods：Adopting DiamonsilC18（diamond） chromatographic column,adding right amount of mobile phase,flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,taking Ibuprofen as internal standard,detection wavelength was 275 nm.Results：Within the limit of 5.5μg/mL～55.0 μg/mL,aceclofenac had good linear relationship（r=0.999 9）,average recovery rate was 100.1%（RSD为0.76 %）.Conslusions：This method can be used to determine Beisuqing Pill with simple operation and accurate results. |
