摘    要:在精彩的赛车运动背后是专业赛车运营团队的精心管理和运作:一支成功的车队必须具备好的赛车及赛车手以及赛车调教团队.基于传统的调教方式仍存在采集调整不方便,速度慢,记录信息不连续,储存量小等不足,本论文设计了一种具有调整方便,记录信息连续,云端储存量大温度检测装置,该装置通过单片机最小系统实时检测轮胎和刹车盘的温度并把数据上传到网络后台,技师可以通过移动端的微信后台实时查看数据和发出调整的指令,可作为传统调教方式的补充.


Design of a real time temperature measurement device for tire brake disc by WeChat
Abstract:Behind the splendid auto racing is the carefully operation and management of professional racing operations team:A successful team must have excellent car,professional driver and experienced training team.On the basis of the disadvantage of the traditional vehicle setup,such as inconvenient in collection and adjustment,low speed,inconsecutive record information and low storage capacity and so on,this study aims to design a temperature detection device which has convenient adjustment,higher speed and larger storage capacity,to monitor the temperature of the tire and brake flange and then uploaded the data to the backend database immediately through the micro control system 51.Technicians can check the data in the Wechat background to make adjustments in time.This device can be used as a supplement of the traditional vehicle setup method.
