软件工程专业实践能力培养体系设计探讨

摘    要:软件工程专业是一个实践性非常强的工程型专业,该专业培养目标主要是造就符合产业需求的软件工程师人才。在专业人才培养过程中,专业实践能力培养模式与体系是十分关键的要素。文章在分析软件工程专业卓越工程师能力培养要求基础上,探讨软件工程专业的实践能力培养模式,给出专业实践能力培养体系方案。结合CDIO工程教育理念,提出以专业实践能力培养为导向的专业评价手段。以期待这些专业实践能力培养工作对提高软件人才培养质量起到积极的促进作用,并实现人才培养与产业需求零距离对接。

Abstract:Software engineering is a very strong practical project-based discipline.The professional training goal is to foster for software engineers who meet industry needs.In the course of professional training,professional practice training model and the system is a very crucial element.This paper analyzes the ability of software engineers to develop engineering requirements of professional excellence,based on the professional practice of software engineering capacity-building model,given the ability of professional practice training system program.According CDIO engineering education ideas,this paper puts forward in a professional capacity-building practice-oriented professional evaluation method.Professional practice which looked forward to these capacity-building works will to improve the quality of the training software Professionals,and it can to achieve Zero docking for personnel training and industry needs.
