| Abstract: | We present some new results of Monte Carlo computations for pure SU(2) Yang-Mills theory on a finite lattice. They support consistency of asymptotic freedom with quark confinement, validity of a block cell picture, and ideas based on a vortex condensation picture of quark confinement. |
