| 摘 要： | 产品开发是企业保持技术优势、提升竞争力的有效途径。产品开发具有很大的风险性,为了实现产品开发的预期目标,必须对产品开发项目进行有效的风险管理。在分析企业产品开发项目所具有的主要风险的基础上,提出了相应的风险防范措施。

| Abstract: | The product development is an effective way for enterprise to maintain its technical superiority and promote its competitive power.The product development has very big risk.In order to achieve the anticipated goal of the product development,the enterprise must carry out effective risk management for the product development projects.This paper analyzes the main risks existing in enterprise's product development projects,and puts forward some corresponding measures for preventing these risks. |
