| Abstract: | Counselors should adjust the work orientation and innovate the working style according to the characteris- tics of the new modem college students in service and management, actively take the progressive mode of ＂cultiva- tion ＋ service＂, ＂education ＋ guidance＂ to cultivate contemporary university students to be the builders and succes- sors of socialism with perfect personality, physical and mental health. |
