| 摘 要： | 出租车GPS系统融合了GPS、GIS和GSM无线通信技术,能够实现对出租车等移动目标的精确定位、跟踪及控制,并在治安管理中发挥积极的作用.通过对宁波市出租车GPS系统的结构和功能阐述,总结了出租车GPS系统建设中要注意的问题与对策.

| Abstract: | The GPS system on a taxi in Ningbo combines GPS, GIS and GSM technique. It can inform the exact position of a moving target such as a taxi. With the GPS, the law enforcement agent can track and surveille the targeted vehicle, so the GPS undoubtedly plays a vital role in public security maintenance. This article summarizes some issues worth public attention and noted problems, as well as some countermeasures based upon functionalities and structure of GPS equipped on taxis in Ningbo. |
