高位复合顶板巷道锚杆锚索耦合支护研究

摘    要:针对高位复合顶板围岩强度低而差异大、层间粘结力弱且易离层冒落等特点,结合离石矿4303工作面巷道实例,在实验室围岩特性分析的基础上,采用FLAC3D对该类巷道顶板破坏特征、锚杆锚索耦合加固机理进行了数值计算,并对在掘巷道围岩变形、锚杆(索)工作载荷进行了实测分析。研究表明,有效控制该类顶板应及时支护巷道围岩,利用锚索加大锚固范围,采用钢带网提高低位岩层的支护刚度,布置斜拉锚索和斜角锚杆提高巷道顶角部综合强度。

Abstract:Extra-thick compound roof has some characteristics such as the strength of surrounding rock is low and has a large difference,the interlayer bonding is weak and easy to bed separation and caving.Combined with the instance of 4303 face tunnel of Lishi Mine,and on the basis of the analysis of the surrounding rock′s features in the laboratory,FLAC 3D was used to take the numerical calculation of the failure characteristics and bolt and cable coupling reinforcement mechanism of that kinds of tunnel roof.The test analysis of the deformation of the surrounding rock and bolt’s(cable’s) working load in tunnel was conducted.The results show that the effective control of that kind of tunnel roof was realized by supporting the surrounding rock in time,using cable to increase the anchoring range,using steel strip network to improve the low position rock’s support stiffness,and arranging stayed anchor cable and bevel bolt to advance the comprehensive strength of the tunnel′s top corner.
