基于非线性效应的光学逻辑门研究

摘    要:光逻辑门是未来全光网络中光信息处理的核心元件,它可以实现高速光包交换,全光地址识别,数据编码,奇偶校验,信号再生等功能。介绍了几种基于非线性效应的全光逻辑门,分析了它们的系统结构和工作原理,并对各自的特点进行了比较,指出光逻辑门在未来的发展方向及应用领域。

Abstract:Optical logical gate is a kind of important device using for high-performance optical information processing and all optical networks,some example applications including high-speed optical packet-switched routers,header recognization,parity checking and data encode and so on.Several kinds of optical logical gates based on nolinear optical effection are introduced,its structure as well as principle is analysed and discussed.In conclusion,optical logical gates is popular in future.
