| Abstract: | In terms of the Townsend model of a static electrical gas discharge, the ratio of breakdown voltage U B to its minimal value U min is expressed as a function of generalized variable Ξ B ? f(Ξ b ), such that the function depends on neither the gas type nor the cathode material. |
