| 摘 要： | 为考察黄连配伍吴茱萸前后微量元素的含量变化。采用(美国热电)SOLAAR-M6型原子吸收分光光度计,定量测定黄连配伍吴茱萸前后煎液中微量元素的含量。结果，共测定了12种微量元素的含量，得出汤剂中部分黄连与吴茱萸配伍后微量元素含量下降，且下降程度与吴茱萸的比例有关的结论。 |

| Abstract: | To study the chemical composition and change of chemical constituents of Coptis chinensis Franch after compatibility in Evodia rutaecarpa(Juss) Benth;to determine the amount of microelements in the decoction.SOLAAR-M6 Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer.Results Show:12 microdelements were determined.The amount of part microelements in the decoction is decreased,and the decreased degree is related with the ratio of Evodia rutaecarpa (Juss.) Benth. |
