| Abstract: | The molecular addition compound KSbF3NO3 has been isolated from the SbF3-KNO3 system. Its structure has been determined from X-ray single crystal data in the space group Pbca. The final R factor is 0.044. The compound consists of ¦SbF3NO3¦x?x anions, which form double layers of linked SbF3(NO3)3 monocapped octahedra, perpendicular to the z axis. The infrared and Raman spectra are correlated with the structural results. |
