| 摘 要： | 简要比较了超高速数字鉴频鉴相器AD9901和数字鉴频鉴相器E12540的性能,并突出了AD9901的性能优点。另外,对E12540中存在的鉴相"死区"问题进行了简要分析。最后,重点介绍了AD9901在基本锁相环路中的设计及相关注意事项,并给出了试验结论。

| Abstract: | The performance comparison of the ultrahigh speed phase/frequency discriminator AD9901 with E12540 shows the advantages of the AD9901.In addition,a brief analysis of the phase detection"dead zone"is made.Finally,the design of basic phase-locked loop circuits including AD9901 is given with emphasis on some designing rules.The experiment result is also presented. |
