摘    要:报道了一种简单的合成均匀、稳定的银溶胶的方法,通过透射电子显微镜(TEM)观察其形貌,并利用UV-Vis谱、XPS等手段对其进行表征,以罗丹明6G(R6G)作为探针分子研究在银溶胶纳米粒子上的表面增强拉曼效果,结果表明所合成的银溶胶具有较强的表面增强拉曼散射效果。

Abstract:A simple method to synthesize uniform and stable silver colloid has been presented in this paper.The silver colloid particles have been characterized by TEM,UV-Vis spectra and XPS analysis.The surface enhancement Raman spectrum of rhodamine 6G on the Ag colloid nanoparticles was collected and the results indicate that the silver colloid can give the surface enhancement effect on the Raman spectrum of rhodamine 6G.
