自由和固定化猪胰脂肪酶在有机相中催化丁酸甲酯和四氢糠醇的酯交换反应

摘    要:本文用自由和聚苯乙烯载体固定化猪胰脂肪酶在有机相中催化丁酸甲醋和四氢糠醇的酯交换反应.研究了不同有机溶剂、底物浓度、含水量、加酶量、温度及振荡速度等对反应的影响,对比了酶固定化前后的催化性能.结果表明,用疏水性交联聚苯乙烯载体固定化猪胰脂肪酸能减少扩散限制,固定化酶在有机相中催化活性比自由酶高约25%.

Abstract:Transesterification of methyl butyrate and tetrahydrofurfuryl alcohol in organic systems was catalyzed by free and immobilized lipase. Organic solvents,water content, content of lipase, substrate concetration and other parameters which affected the reaction were studied. It was found hydrophobic carrier which was used to immobilize lipase can reduce diffusion limitation,and the catalytic activity of immobilized lipase was 25% higher than that of free lipase.
