摘    要:本文研究了ICP-AES氢化物发生法测定生物样品中痕量硒的方法。对氢化物发生条件和样品消化过程进行了选择,并使之达最佳化。方法检出限达0.09ng/ml。

Abstract:A method is studied for the determination of selenium in biological samples by continuous hydride generation ICP-AES. A variety of sample dissolution procedures and hydride generation reaction conditions were evaluated in attempt to establish optimal conditions. Detection limit is 0.09ng/ml for Se. Results of analyses of standard reference materials and many biological samples demonstrate the applicability of the technique.
