| Abstract: | By chromatography, UV-visible absorption spectroscopy, degradation reaction and other methods, it has been determined that two main anthocyanins of Muscat Haumberg grape are Malvidin-3-monoglucoside and Malviclin-3-(P-Coumaryl)-monoglucoside. |
