| Abstract: | Relations between Goldie conditions of a semiprime algebraR and its subalgebraR
d of constants under an algebraic derivation are studied. The results obtained are applied to actions of finite dimensional
solvable Lie algebras on associative algebras with no non-zero nilpotent elements.
